Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of gSpeaker on
gspeaker.com and any related mobile or web application features.
Use of the Service
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your actions, and any content you publish, upload, stream, share, or otherwise make available through the service.
User Content
The service may host or distribute user-generated content. We do not pre-screen, endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for content published by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to publish their content and that their content does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may remove, restrict, or moderate content, suspend features, or terminate accounts where we believe content or conduct is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, misleading, or otherwise creates risk for the service or its users.
Donations
The service may allow users to send voluntary donations to authors. Donations are optional, made at the donor's sole discretion, and are not required to access the service unless a specific feature explicitly says otherwise.
A donation is intended as a voluntary payment of support to an author. We do not guarantee any specific result, deliverable, response, ongoing availability, or future publication in exchange for a donation.
Payments
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, including Paddle. By making a payment, you authorize the selected processor to charge your chosen payment method under its own terms, tax handling, and privacy practices.
Platform Fee and Author Share
Where donations are enabled, gSpeaker retains 20% of the gross donation amount as a platform fee before deduction of applicable taxes, payment processor fees, chargebacks, disputes, or other mandatory adjustments.
The remaining amount, if any, may be treated as the amount attributable to the author, subject to taxes, payment processor charges, required refunds, disputes, holds, compliance review, and any other deductions or reversals that must be applied under law, processor requirements, or platform rules.
Prohibited Conduct
- Posting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Using the service to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation, data retention, or future compatibility.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for user-generated content, user conduct, third-party services, payment processor actions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, legal risk, abuse, or operational reasons.
