Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to voluntary donations made through gSpeaker.

General Rule

Donations are voluntary and made at the donor's own discretion. Because a donation is a voluntary transfer of support to an author and not a required fee for service access, all donations are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exceptions Required by Law or Processor Rules

The only exceptions are where a refund must be provided under applicable law or is required by the payment processor or card network, including in cases such as unauthorized payment, duplicate charge, or confirmed technical billing error.

No Guarantee of Outcome

A donation does not purchase ownership rights, guaranteed responses, future content, platform access levels, or any promised result from the author or the platform unless explicitly stated at the time of payment.

How to Request Review

To request refund review, contact support@gspeaker.com and include the transaction date, amount, payment email if available, and the reason for the request. A request for review does not mean a refund is available or will be issued.

Processor Rules

Refund handling may also be subject to the policies, card network rules, and dispute procedures of the payment processor, including Paddle, and the payment method used for the transaction.
